Message Macro: msgNewThreadForm
Usage:

Displays a form for creating a new message. This form can be displayed on any page.
The layout of the reply form depends entirely on the template used by the macro. If no template is specified, then the "msgNewThreadForm READONLY" template will be used by default.
Creating and customizing your own template allows you to specify default values for the form elements (create the form elements manually).
Do not use this macro in your Message Editing Template.
