Previously, a number of admin-only functions were built into the display of
messages in the discussion group. This includes the features: Bind To URL,
Add To Weblog, Assign Ownership, and Add To Navigation Targets.

In changing to message templates, we decided to break those functions out of
the message template, to provide a more flexible way to add/remove features
that would not require any alterations to your site's message templates.

These features are now implemented in the <!--#adminBox--> macro.
Unfortunately, we had no good way to figure out how best to place this macro
in your existing site templates. To access these features you will need to
add this macro to your site template in a place you feel is most
appropriate. This box will only be shown to conversation admins, not to
regular members or guests.
