It turns out that the page was being stored in cache and refreshing the page wasn't overwriting the stored version. Only when I deleted the temp internet files did I see the updated page. Is there a way round this?

The image that I talked about still isn't showing though. the url in the img tag is valid but is not showing (cannot think why).

The url to my FC page is http://tipster.delsweil.cc which I would like to be in a similar style to my main page http://www.delsweil.cc (both are in the early stages of construction.
