Second status update of the day:
All of the static sites should be up and running. Now you should be able to reach your Conversant site(s) and your static (media.*) sites. If you can't, please report back here.
Some of you have noticed that there is a mail server running, but it's not letting you log in to get your mail. To say that it's running is a bit of an overstatement: it's installed, and the server process is there, but it has no data. We're still configuring it. (Who would have guessed that there were no BSD-based, out-of-the-box solutions for our email needs?)
The mail server is (still) being configured tonight, and sometime tomorrow you should be able to start downloading mail again. It looks like we'll be offering IMAP as well as POP3, if anybody's interested.
We'll start configuring the list server after the mail server is done.
The FTP server (for managing content on the static server) is last on our list. I wouldn't count on that before Friday.
Again, thanks for your patience, everybody.
Seth
