This is done from the script that builds the page. You have no way to change it at the moment.

May I respectfully make a suggestion? Add a second CSS style that automatically is generated around the non-top subject, etc. Similar to the way that there are several CSS styles that are automatically generated for the discussion group calendar pages? I would then remove my handcoded styles for that section.
